What are the differences between option 1 and 2? 

For option 2, the stories are shorter . The template is also landscape as opposed to portrait. Nevertheless, the stories are pretty much the same.

Should I purchase both options? 

No, the stories are the same so it’s best to choose one option to purchase. Option 2 is only sold here.
